Title

IT Technician 

Description Responsible for repairing minor electrical problems with computers and office equipment. Maintain current knowledge of all software systems utilized by the facility. Responsible for training department personnel with new software and updated information. Assist in the training of new employees, as they become part of our team. Follow work schedule, however the days and hours may be subject to change as determined by management. Follow all policies and procedures as per the Creek Nation Tulsa employee handbook. Possess an excellent working knowledge of the principals, practices and methods of accounting. Possess good knowledge of modern office management procedures, practices and equipment. Train and direct. Work irregular hours and be capable of working weekends and must be on call. Become knowledgeable of the software job requirements necessary for the guidance for all employees. Responsible for the implementation of all new programs, program changes, and system updates within the current software program, Melange Epic system. Work with other PC company personnel. Assist the IT Manager as needed. In addition, other duties and responsibilities may be requested of you, which are not specified in your job description.
 
Position Requirements QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION
Associate degree in the field of computer science, MIS, computer information systems or information systems and 6 years equivalent work experience or Vocational Technical training diploma.
Certifications in networking (CCNA, etc), systems (MCSE, etc), PCs

EXPERIENCE
4 years related work experience in the field of Information Technology
Excellent technical knowledge of PC and desktop hardware
Excellent technical knowledge of PC internal components
Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience
Extensive equipment support experience with laptops, applications, desktops
Working technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems, and standards
 
Gaming License Must obtain and maintain a gaming license.
