Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the Service Center pre-sale, point of sale, and post sale supporting our customers and outside sales team. You will have responsibility for customer service / inside sales, warehouse / stockroom, shipping/receiving, and support for the direct outside sales team. Your mission is to continually improve Service Center standards.
