We are seeking an experienced hands-on self-starter to manage design and production of planned marketing programs with emphasis on target industries (oil & gas), strategic accounts, and inventory management services. Strong analytical and communication skills are required. 

This position is located at our corporate headquarters in Midtown Cleveland. 

Job Duties Include:

  • Assists in establishing strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for markets products and services.
  • Develops and executes marketing programs to achieve stated objectives regarding revenue, profitability and market share.
  • Plans and oversees execution of promotional activities including print, electronic media, trade show, direct mail, point of purchase displays, and signage.
  • Negotiates contract terms with outside agencies and suppliers.
  • Manages development, production and distribution of promotional and collateral materials to support sales and marketing programs.
  • Analyzes marketing programs and adjusts strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness.
  • Plans and conducts market research to identify opportunities for increased sales.
  • Provides post event reports, analysis and status reports on marketing programs.
  • Assists in planning, negotiation and evaluation of new products and services.
  • Assists in other operational issues as assigned or directed by supervisor or as necessary. 
  • Responsible for the following vertical markets:  Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation

Position Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in business or sales and marketing related focus
  • 5 + years sales or marketing related work experience
  • Proven  results in analyzing data and trends to create relevant and actionable business insights
  • Ability to travel a maximum of 30%


  • Master’s Degree
  • Direct sales or sales support experience
