Share Email Opening Apply Now Title Developmental Co-Op for Automated Processes  Description Inteva’s Advanced Development Group (ADG) mission is to develop technology to be ready for the company to sell as a product, or develop processes that enhance manufacturing of its products.  The group is composed of several teams that focus on certain technologies. Within ADG is the InTouch team.  It is responsible for electronics development in a dual role. First, the group incorporates electronics, software & lighting into the automotive interiors products that add value to Inteva.  In addition, the group applies software experience to support advanced manufacturing automation and AI topics.  What Will You Get To Work On? Work within InTouch & InLite teams on Advanced Development Process projects that focus on new manufacturing and automation processes. This is a hands on position where the candidate can assist in all aspects of process development. Research new processes – Staying in tune with trends and advancements. Assist with process tryouts leading to sound advancements in the technology being pursued. Prepare presentation materials and present these materials to both internal and external audiences Assist with project management activities that include project planning, managing project budget, and project timing.
