Copywriter - Wholesale Apparel
Responsible for developing compelling, accurate, and brand-aligned written content across multiple apparel brands and product categories. Supports wholesale sales, marketing, e-commerce, and merchandising initiatives through product descriptions, promotional messaging, digital content, and sales materials. Partners with Creative, Marketing, Sales, Merchandising, and E-commerce teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and edit product descriptions, marketing copy, and promotional content across multiple apparel brands.
· Write compelling, accurate product copy highlighting garment features, fabrications, fit, construction, and key selling points.
· Create content for wholesale presentations, sales materials, line sheets, catalogs, and retailer communications.
· Develop copy for e-commerce platforms, retailer websites, and digital product listings.
· Collaborate with Design and Merchandising teams to understand seasonal collections, product details, and brand positioning.
· Partner with Marketing and Creative teams on seasonal campaigns, promotional messaging, and brand storytelling.
· Adapt copy to reflect individual brand voices, target audiences, and retail distribution channels.
· Review and proofread product descriptions, marketing materials, and digital content for accuracy, consistency, and grammar.
· Ensure product terminology, fabric descriptions, and garment details are accurate and aligned with merchandising information.
· Support SEO optimization through relevant product keywords and search-friendly descriptions.
· Maintain and update product copy across internal systems, content management platforms, and retailer portals.
· Coordinate with E-commerce and Sales teams to meet product launch deadlines and seasonal content requirements.
· Manage multiple writing assignments across brands and categories while meeting established timelines.
· Maintain brand voice guidelines and ensure consistency across all written communications.
