Senior Digital Merchandising Coordinator
Responsible for supporting the day-to-day digital merchandising and e-commerce operations across assigned apparel brands. Oversees website product presentation, navigation, assortment sequencing, promotional execution, and site optimization to enhance the customer experience, increase product visibility, and drive online sales.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage daily digital merchandising activities, including product sequencing, site navigation, category organization, and product placement.
· Maintain accurate product information, pricing, descriptions, imagery, and promotional content across e-commerce platforms.
· Coordinate product launches, seasonal assortment updates, and website merchandising changes.
· Analyze website performance, customer behavior, conversion rates, and sales trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
· Implement cross-selling and upselling strategies to increase product discovery and online sales.
· Support A/B testing initiatives to optimize product placement, navigation, and overall site performance.
· Partner with Marketing and Creative teams to coordinate promotional campaigns, site assets, and seasonal content updates.
· Collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, and E-commerce teams to align online assortments with inventory availability and business objectives.
· Monitor website functionality and resolve issues involving product listings, pricing, promotions, imagery, and inventory.
· Coordinate product photography, asset management, and content readiness for online launches.
· Prepare weekly sales, inventory, and website performance reports.
· Support markdown strategies, promotional calendars, and pricing updates.
· Work with cross-functional teams to improve the online shopping experience and streamline digital merchandising processes.
· Maintain awareness of e-commerce trends, competitive activity, and digital merchandising best practices.
