This position provides individualized coaching, goal planning, advocacy, and resource coordination to help families overcome barriers and achieve long-term stability. Responsibilities include maintaining an assigned caseload, conducting virtual and in-person meetings, collaborating with Community Umbrella Agencies (CUAs) and community partners, preparing progress reports and court documentation, connecting families with community resources, and maintaining accurate electronic records. The role also participates in Family Court and community outreach events.   Position Requirements BSW and at least three years of case management or related experience. Knowledge of the child welfare system and motivational interviewing is preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel throughout Philadelphia County.   This position is currently accepting applications.
