Social Work p.r.n. is seeking a Part-Time School Social Worker to join a Kansas City-area transition program that helps young adults successfully move from high school into employment, adult life, and/or independent living. As part of a multidisciplinary transition team, you will: Coach and provide guidance to professionals working with students Provide social work expertise related to IEP goals and transition planning Collaborate with educators and other professionals to support student success Help strengthen strategies that promote independence and successful transitions into adulthood The schedule is flexible with no set hours, but availability during daytime hours is required.   Position Requirements Missouri LMSW or LCSW required.   This position is currently accepting applications.
