Monday-Friday, one evening shift per week (Monday or Wednesday). Key Responsibilities Perform intake and assessment with clients to determine eligibility, needs, and barriers, and facilitate goal-setting to work toward self-sufficiency Connect participants with resources to assist with basic needs such as food, utilities, rent/mortgage payments, transportation, medications, etc. Conduct follow-up case management meetings with clients to monitor and track progress toward goals   Position Requirements BSW required One year of related work experience with some supervisory background preferred Strong leadership style, excellent organizational skills, and ability to work with diverse cultures Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Working knowledge of local community, State, and Government resources preferred Requires one evening shift per week   This position is currently accepting applications.
