This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, normal daytime business hours, temporary 3-6 months with option to extend. Key Responsibilities: Complete intake/exit assessments, service/care plans, progress notes, case coordination notes, incident reports, and discharge summaries Organize veteran classes/group work including life skills, employment skills, and community resource connection Guide case management team for all veteran's programming and provide support for productive daily operations Govern an organized bookkeeping system, provide reports regarding program activities, progress, and outcomes   Position Requirements BSW Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience working with veterans, unhoused, and chemically dependent populations is desired   This position is currently accepting applications.
