This per diem role is part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to stabilizing individuals, completing clinical assessments, providing short-term counseling, coordinating appropriate referrals, and helping clients connect with ongoing community-based services as an alternative to emergency room care.   Position Requirements NJ LCSW and have at least two years of post-master's experience working with individuals with serious and persistent mental illness.
