Your responsibilities will include: Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and established quality standards Work the hot line and grill station in a high-volume kitchen Prepare high-quality food in batches and to order Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure meals are prepared accurately and on time Maintain consistent quality, presentation and portioning Follow food safety, sanitation and proper food-handling standards Monitor food usage and help minimize waste Maintain a clean and organized workstation using a “clean as you go” approach Assist in other areas of the kitchen as needed What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who enjoys cooking, works well as part of a team and takes pride in the quality of the food they prepare.
