Key Responsibilities Conduct clinical evaluations, establish treatment plans, and provide culturally sensitive individual and group counseling for diverse student needs. Perform crisis interventions, evaluate acute situations using diagnostic criteria, and execute appropriate therapeutic safety protocols. Teach coping, relaxation, and wellness strategies, while supporting center marketing, social media posting, and outreach programming.   Position Requirements Education: Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) Licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Missouri. Experience: 2 years of evidence-based psychotherapy experience (higher education counseling center background preferred).
