Share Email Opening Apply Now Title Compliance Administrator  Description Position Summary: Assist the Compliance Manager in processing state surplus lines filings in accordance with established Brown & Riding values, goals, and procedures. Essential Functions: Meets quality standards in preparing and submitting surplus lines filings in a timely and accurate manner according individual state requirements. Prepares and submits filings using manual paperwork or filing websites. Uses periodic reports to ensure timely filing. Reconciles amounts payable to the regulatory agencies in higher volume states. Monitor and track tags received from the state SLA departments and sends weekly report to all applicable parties. Assists Team Lead with training new Compliance staff. Advises on home state determinations based NRRA guidelines. Adds and maintains records for both retail agencies and carriers. Responsible for keeping internal Surplus Lines references up to date. Assists with monitoring the Compliance Helpdesk.
