Job Description

Interactive Government Holdings (IGH) is seeking qualified, trained and capable individual to serve as an Anti-Terrorism Program Support Analyst for the Virgin Islands National Guard

 
Position Requirements

Skills / Certifications:

Must possess the appropriate level of education, training, and certification to effectively execute these duties:

  • Possess a current and valid Level I and Level II Anti-Terrorism Certification issued by the Joint Staff J-3 Antiterrorism Division or through the Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) or equivalent authorized provider. Certification must be maintained and kept current throughout the life of the contract.
  • Be trained and certified in Risk Management, Threat Assessment Methodologies, and Vulnerability Assessment Tools, including Core Vulnerability Assessment Management Program (CVAMP) and Random Antiterrorism Measures Program (RAMP) systems.
  • Be proficient in relevant DoD and DA regulations, including AR 525-13, CNGBI 0700.01, AR 190-11, and AR 190-13.
  • Have successfully completed the following mandatory online FEMA/ICS courses within the past five (5) years:
    • IS-100: Introduction to the Incident Command System
    • IS-200: ICS for Single Resources and Initial Action Incidents
    • IS-700: National Incident Management System (NIMS)
    • IS-800: National Response Framework (NRF)
    • IS-520: Introduction to Continuity of Operations Planning
  • Must successfully undergo a background check and a favorably adjudicated Tier 1 or an equivalent or higher investigation in order to be issued a CAC. An e-QIP package and PSIP may be required to accomplish the background check.
  • Individual must possess a SECRET security clearance.

Qualifications:

Be skilled in the use of Microsoft Office tools, Microsoft Teams portals, and other collaboration and data management systems used by VIARNG for Anti-Terrorism program support.
