Leticia Snoddy, Founder/Owner   Description MSIL On-Site Account Manager will serve as the main point of contact for our client. They maintain and grow existing account, provide excellent customer service by driving all aspects of the recruitment process to provide quality service through effectively selecting and placing quality candidates at our client's site. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Recruit the right people for the right job. • Coordinate temporary employees through the interview, orientation process and issues throughout employment. • Achieve customer satisfaction pertaining by visiting customer locations and interacting face to face with the customers. • Interview candidates and ask questions to obtain information, such as individuals work experience, preference, abilities, and skills. • Assist candidates and employees in completion of forms. • Record data for employees, including interview forms, I-9, tax forms and skills testing. • Examine employee applications for deficiencies or for outstanding skills to place properly. • Accurately input data into appropriate systems. • Assist with job fairs and field recruitment. • Participate in pro-active team efforts to achieve MS-IL Staffing goals that satisfy clients' needs. • Helps investigate/review routine occurrences and complaints and prepares reports for administrative personnel. • Follow Human Resources policies. • Perform other duties as instructed or assigned by management.   Position Requirements Minimum Qualifications: • 1+ years recruiting experience and/or customer service. • High School diploma or equivalent. College degree/certification preferred. • Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish), but not necessary. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools. • Valid and active motor vehicle operator’s license. • Vehicle that is available for use for transportation to random sites throughout the day. • Ability to travel to offsite client locations when needed. • Ability and willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
