Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program
- Current, active, and unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, long-term care setting, or other healthcare environment
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- A commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care
Key Responsibilities
As an LPN, you will:
- Supervise and support daily nursing operations during your assigned shift
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents
- Monitor residents' conditions and report changes appropriately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support exceptional resident outcomes
- Assist the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing in maintaining the highest standards of resident care and clinical excellence
