Responsibilities include: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans Coordinate and manage nursing care assignments Supervise and support LPNs, nursing assistants, and other nursing staff Provide clinical leadership during assigned shifts and serve as the nurse in charge when appropriate Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and the interdisciplinary care team Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life Assist with staff orientation, education, and ongoing development Participate in emergency response procedures, including fire and medical alert systems Perform clinical and laboratory procedures within the scope of practice Ensure compliance with Pennsylvania nursing standards and Pennswood Village policies If you're looking for a nursing position where you'll be supported, valued, and able to make a meaningful difference in residents' lives, we encourage you to apply today.   Position Requirements Qualifications Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team Commitment to providing exceptional resident-centered care Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required     Salary $42.00-$45.00/hour   About the Organization Pennswood Village is a nationally respected Senior Living Community (CCRC) for people 65 and over.
