Drivers will be expected to; complete route(s) in a reasonable amount of time, pick up mail from customers in a professional manner, and report all requests and concerns made by customers each day. When at the shop, drivers should be loading/unloading UMS vehicles in a safe and timely manner. Please note, some routes have heavy volumes of mail, which may require the driver to lift, load, and unload several containers of mail on a daily basis. Drivers are representing themselves and UMS to customers by providing quality customer service. This is a driver and mail processing position. Once route is complete, driver will be a mail proccessor until work is complete.   Position Requirements Job Qualifications for UMS Driver: Valid Wisconsin Drivers License with good Motor Vehicle Record Ability to lift 10-15 lb. containers repetitively Ability to drive safely and confidently in all weather conditions Ability to work standing and/or walking a production line for the entire shift.
