What You'll Do Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other personal care needs. Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with physician orders and established policies. Observe residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team. Support individualized care plans as part of an interdisciplinary team. Accurately document resident care and medication administration and communicate effectively with nurses and other healthcare professionals. Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and independence. Follow established nursing policies and procedures while providing high-quality, person-centered care.   Why Join Pennswood Village? Current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification Medication Administration certification, or the bility to successfully complete Pennswood's DHS-approved Medication Administration Training Program within the first 30 days of employment (training provided by Pennswood Village.) Ability to read, write, and follow oral instructions. Previous related experience preferred.
