This role ensures high-quality patient care while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.   Key Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) on assigned shift Coordinate and oversee day-to-day clinical operations Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (CMS, state, federal) Monitor patient care, assessments, and documentation Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to staff Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes Respond to and manage clinical situations as needed   Qualifications Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state (required) Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN or BSN) Previous RN Supervisor or Charge Nurse experience preferred Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation strongly preferred Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team management skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment   Work Environment & Schedule No on-call responsibilities Opportunity to pick up additional shifts during the week Supportive, team-oriented culture focused on quality care   Position Requirements   Shift -not applicable-   Full-Time/Part-Time -unspecified-   Full-Time \ Part-Time \ PRN Full-Time  EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
