We are seeking a Leadership Development & Facilitation Consultant to join our team in the Washington, DC Navy Yard area. The ideal candidate will:
- Provide graduate-level instruction of leadership and career development materials to senior-level staff members of the Team Ships organization.
- Develop and update materials to maintain relevancy.
- Meet with senior leaders to ensure alignment and that desired goals are achieved within the training course.
- Analyze feedback to incorporate improvement in follow-on courses.
Required Education, Skills, and Experience:
- Master's degree in management, business, organizational strategy or education.
- 7 years of course development and providing instruction on management, strategy, or leadership at the post-graduate level.
- Strong proficiency in speaking and writing in English.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Candidate must hold an active SECRET clearance.
Preferred Education, Skills, and Experience:
- PhD in management, business, or organizational strategy.
- 15 years of course development and providing instruction on management, strategy, or leadership at the post-graduate level.
