All in accordance with departmental and Gen 3 Hospitality established procedures.   Position Requirements Duties include, but are not limited, to the following: Primary function is to clean and stock the bar Order and maintain supplies during their shift Maintain departmental standards of cleanliness at all times Prepare all mixes and garnish Properly stock all glassware, condiments, beer, paper products, etc. and all other necessary items needed for efficient operation. Assist Bartenders in the preparation of drinks when needed. Must be trained in health code requirements.
