This is a full-time, temporary (12-month) hybrid position supporting offices and clients in Union and Hannibal, Missouri. Approximately 70% of the work is remote; approximately 30% is in-person. Mileage is reimbursed. Essential Duties: Provide crisis Intervention and case management via telephone and in-person to rural clients including initial assessment, safety planning, resource provision, and resource referral. Collaborate with clients to develop and implement action plans to resolve crises and address unmet needs. Assist offices located in Union and Hannibal, Missouri with ongoing development and implementation of outreach plans for their respective service areas.
