The Post-Release Therapist supports participants to create and achieve goals in their treatment plan, while working alongside the comprehensive care team. This position is part-time (8:30-12:30) or full-time (8:30-5:00), on a temporary or temporary-to-permanent basis. Essential Duties: Conduct 1:1 and group sessions with participants using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing approaches to support participants to achieve their goals. Evaluate participant progress and support needed using assessments and evaluation as needed. Document sessions and interactions in the electronic record system Work in conjunction with the care team including participating in internal meetings, supervisory meetings, and providing input on participant progress and needs.   Position Requirements Qualifications: LMSW/LCSW 3-5 years experience in mental health and substance use disorders Familiarity with and endorsement of 12-step program and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy interventions   This position is currently accepting applications.
