Job Summary:
The Assistant Swim School Director supports the Swim School Director in growing the child and adult group and private lesson programs to fill all marketed classes. Assist in training and direction for all instructors to ensure a high rate of retention and follow up lessons. Providing support for the splash camp program.
Pay Range: Min $18.50 Mid $21.82 Max $25.14
Duties/Responsibilities:
? Assist Swim School Director (SSD) to market and manage various child and adult swim programs and Splash camp.
? Supervise and schedule all swimming instructors in accordance with the UVAC swim school program.
? Timely response to inquiries and requests from staff, parents, and swim lesson and splash camp participants including administration of student evaluations to place them in the appropriate class/session.
? Coordinate with the Hartford school administration to run the free Learn to Swim Program and group visit swim lessons like One planet program.
? Be available to teach all group lessons in the schedule in the event of an unfilled absence of another instructor.
? Managing private lessons program.
? Support online registration process and ensure accurate and timely collection of all lesson and splash camp fees.
? Back up for payroll processing for all swim school staff.
? Perform any other reasonably related task as assigned by management.
