As a Case Manager for the Training and Development Institute (TDI), you will provide trauma-informed support to justice-impacted and recovery-focused participants. You will manage a caseload by conducting assessments, creating Individualized Employment Plans (IEPs) within 30 days, and providing consistent coaching to facilitate long-term economic stability. Key duties include coordinating NJ DOL-approved training, assisting with job placement and retention for up to a year, and maintaining strict HIPAA and NJ DOL data compliance.   Position Requirements BSW with 2–3 years of experience in case management or workforce development, specifically with underserved populations. You must be available for in-office and community-based work, including travel throughout New Jersey (Mercer, Middlesex, Union, Monmouth, Ocean, Somerset, and Hunterdon counties), with the flexibility to support occasional evening or weekend programming.   This position is currently accepting applications.
