Overview: provides oversight and direction to licensed and unlicensed staff who provide mental health and substance use services to youth and their families. The supervisor is responsible for adherence to all applicable licensing, supervision, billing, and documentation requirements of clinical services. Essential Duties: Provides direct supervision for licensed and unlicensed clinical staff including ongoing feedback and evaluation on the quality and timeliness of their work. Monitors and assigns caseloads and ensures that supervisees comply with agency, clinical, legal, and ethical practices. Reviews and co-signs documentation when indicated. Conducts performance reviews with staff. Oversees day-to-day program activities including monitoring billable hours and caseload requirements. Provides training and support as indicated to meet program expectations. Participates in meetings and training as required. Prepares reports and documents required by funding sources and accrediting/licensing bodies. Salary Range: $62,000-81,000 depending on licensing and experience   Position Requirements Qualifications: MSW and LCSW Two years supervisory experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals and communicate information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the community.
