Systems Analyst 

Description
  • Performs critical program management, technical, and business analysis of major DoD acquisition systems and provides recommendations to ensure program success.
  • Evaluates program requirements, status, budget and schedules.
  • Participates as a member of and/or supports the overall program and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
  • Assists in the development of procurement process documentation such as Statements of Work (SOWs) and Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs).
  • Collects, organizes and interprets technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs.
  • Tracks program/project status, schedules and the submittal/adequate completion of program CDRL submittals.
 
Position Requirements
  • Degree: BS/BA desired.
  • At least four years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline including two years professional experience in technical efforts supporting major weapon systems and components development.
  • Desired experience includes demonstrated performance in the program/project status and schedules, knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV and OSD policy and documentation related to PPBS, life-cycle management of military acquisition programs (as specified in the DoD 5000 series), and skill in processing program acquisition, funding and contract documentation for military programs.
 
Salary Range 100K - 140K and will be commensurate with experience  
Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time  
Level of Clearance Required Secret Eligible  
Amount of Travel Minimal
