In addition, they oversee the inventory and ordering of food, beverage and supplies, optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their overall dining experience. This is a temporary position.    Position Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent. College degree preferred. Knowledge of computers including Microsoft Word and Excel. Valid driver's license.
