This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities. While prior legal experience is helpful, it is not required for consideration. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and organize case files with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance. • Provide direct administrative and legal support to attorneys and paralegals, including managing calendars, correspondence, and preparing legal documents. • Draft pleadings or discovery responses under attorney supervision. • Professionally interact with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel both in writing and over the phone. • Proofread and edit legal documents for accuracy, tone, and clarity. • Utilize and become proficient in legal software and web-based systems. • Assist in monitoring compliance with firm protocols and legal requirements.   Position Requirements Requirements: • Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills. • Proven ability to manage deadlines and handle confidential information responsibly. • Exceptional attention to detail and organization. • Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities. • Comfortable learning new software and operating within a digital legal environment.
