Keep area stocked, clean, and organized at all times. Answer phones; take reservations. Perform cashier duties as needed using proper cash handling procedures. Ensure completion of side work. Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members. Performs other duties as assigned.   Position Requirements Qualifications Prior experience of standard rules of service, table setups, and restaurant operations preferred. InfoGenesis experience desirable. One-year food service restaurant experience preferred. Cash handling experience preferred. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Must be at least 16 years of age; exception – Moon Shadow Grill must be at least 18 years of age. Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company. Verify right to work in the United States.     Work Cards Food Handler Alcohol Awareness (for Buffet Assignment)           Physical Requirements Frequently required to walk and stand for long periods. Use hands to hold tools utilized for position. Reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.     Work Environment Conditions The work environment is characterized as a restaurant setting where standard kitchen equipment will be supplied and used as a part of the job. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
