  This position makes outbound phone contacts with potential customers resulting in achieving targeted sales objectives. Outbound membership, event and sponsorship sales is the target market.

  • Establishes new account sales by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call existing or potential sales opportunities.
  • Evaluates potential sales opportunities by percent probability provided by the company.
  • Effectively manages the sales cycle with those leads with highest potential to meet sales targets.
  • Keeps management informed by updating a web based contact database with relevant and updated information.
  • Effectively communicates with prospects via email and phone.
  • Reflects positive, professional image of the product and the Company.
  • Changes direction with ease and looks for opportunities to leverage knowledge and sales contacts to improve results.
  • Research leads and cold call leads when needed.
  • Effectively place outbound calls from a variety of sources.


SALARY: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour plus potential incentives

Position Requirements
  • Experience in end to end telephonic sales, selling or similar persuasive skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals.
  • Proficient level of written and verbal communication skills appropriate in a sales environment.
  • Ability to effectively initiate new customer contacts and convert them to sales.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office software environment.
  • Effective use of time management skills and a high level of organization.
