Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pennsylvania Complaint/Service Supervisor to lead and support a team handling complex litigation matters. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong leadership skills and extensive experience in complaint drafting, service of process, and case management within a fast-paced legal environment.

Provide high-level paralegal and operational support to the Partner, Managing Attorney, and Associates on contested, judicial, and complex litigation matters, with a focus on Pennsylvania complaint and service processes.

Oversee all aspects of case management related to complaint filing and service of process, including tracking timelines, ensuring compliance with Pennsylvania court rules, preparing status reports, and escalating critical issues as needed. Maintain consistent communication with attorneys, paralegals, and staff via email and phone, and participate in regular conference calls with lenders. Supervise and provide direction to paralegals and legal assistants, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to firm standards and deadlines.

 
Position Requirements
  • Paralegal certificate preferred
  • Prior experience in Pennsylvania foreclosure, litigation, or default servicing strongly preferred
  • Proven experience in complaint drafting and service of process
  • Supervisory or team lead experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania state court rules and procedures
  • Experience in litigation defense, preferably within a large law firm environment
  • Strong technical proficiency, including experience with litigation support databases
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to anticipate attorney and team needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
