Provide individual, group, and family therapy; manage caseloads; and deliver crisis intervention. Participate in supervision, case conferences, and team meetings while supporting recovery-oriented care.   Position Requirements Requires MSW + 2 years or BSW + 4 years of experience. Substance use treatment experience preferred, along with strong clinical, boundary-setting, and communication skills.
