Their mission is to assist the most vulnerable individuals with a continuum of care, so that they can achieve self-sufficiency. Their programs provide health care, mental health, alcohol and substance abuse treatment, HIV care, education, vocational training, legal assistance, and transitional and permanent housing. The director in this position oversees multiple programs and works collaboratively with the directors of policy, compliance, planning, evaluation and finance. The director will work on-site (after probation, can work 1 day from home), at a location in Staten Island that is easily accessible via public transportation or car. Salary: $100,000-$110,000, generous PTO, full medical benefits, 403B, annual discretionary bonus.   Position Requirements Must have LMSW, at least 3 years experience supervising managers or multiple programs, at least 5 years of progressive leadership experience with knowledge of DHS and housing-first principles, and experience managing the operations of multiple sites with complex budgets.   This position is currently accepting applications.
