SUMMARY

In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support to loan officers and lending staff. You will be responsible for preparing loan documentation, verifying applicant information, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. This position requires on-site work.
QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION | EXPERIENCE | SKILLS

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- 1-3 years' banking preferred.
- Previous experience in general administration skills, which include keeping an office organized and running efficiently, is preferred.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, typing, 10-key, and utilization of the internet is required.
- Commitment to demonstrating Core 5 values with customers and coworkers.
HOURS OF AVAILABILITY: Regularly Scheduled Hours/Week: 40(+) hours per week | Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm | *Extended working hours may be required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and review loan documentation for consumer, commercial, and real estate loans and serve as a liaison to ensure accurate exchange of information.
- Coordinate loan closings and ensure required documentation meets regulatory and audit standards.
- Facilitate communication between Loan Officers, customers, appraisers, attorneys, branch staff, title companies, insurance providers, and other third parties.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as file management, data entry, reporting, and ensuring loan files are in compliance.
- Protect all customer information and bank operations through strict confidentiality.
- Operate computer software and equipment, telephone, scanner, and copier, and develop proficiency with internal bank software, FCM/ImageCentre, and Loan Operations Platform will be required.
- Maintain reliable transportation, punctual attendance, and the ability to work on-site with occasional extended hours when necessary.
- Additional duties may be assigned by management.

The employee must have the ability to speak and hear well enough to carry on customer interactions, conversations, and presentations both in person and over telecommunications. Have near/far visual acuity to identify customers, currency, and reading materials in printed or electronic formats. The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 10 pounds.
