We are seeking a dedicated Drug & Alcohol Therapist to provide direct clinical care to clients managing substance use and chemical dependency in a walk-in clinic setting. The therapist conducts assessments, individual, group, and family/couples counseling, and develops tailored treatment and rehabilitation plans. Using a collaborative approach, the therapist modifies treatment programs as needed, maintains detailed case histories, and connects clients with social, economic, and health resources to support community integration.   Position Requirements Ideal candidates are committed to delivering high-quality care, skilled in building rapport with individuals facing social or emotional challenges, and knowledgeable about substance use, co-occurring disorders, and relevant social factors. Strong organizational skills and the ability to document client progress, treatment plans, and daily clinical notes in compliance with regulations are essential.
