We are seeking a Case Manager for a community-based, long-term residential treatment program serving young men ages 13-17. This role focuses on supporting adolescents and their families through advocacy, referrals, and coordinated services aimed at strengthening family relationships and promoting reunification whenever possible. Responsibilities include providing educational placement support, life skills development, career exploration, job search assistance, and facilitating individual and group services.   Position Requirements BSW with a minimum of three years of direct experience working with youth and demonstrating knowledge of school enrollment processes and teen life skills development.   This position is currently accepting applications.
