The Program Specialist provides frontline workforce services, including intake, assessment, case management, and outreach for individuals facing employment barriers. This role connects participants to training, supportive services, and job opportunities while delivering ongoing career coaching and monitoring progress toward credentials and employment. Responsibilities include developing individualized service plans, maintaining accurate documentation, building partnerships with employers and community organizations, and representing the organization at outreach events. The position requires meeting enrollment, placement, and compliance standards and includes regular regional travel in a hybrid work setting.   Position Requirements BSW and have at least three years of relevant experience in workforce development, case management, reentry, recovery, or community services.
