The School Social Worker collaborates with students, families, school staff, and community agencies to support student learning and well-being. This role includes assessing student needs, providing case management and counseling, advocating for students, and addressing home, school, and community factors that impact success. Responsibilities include supporting at-risk students, coordinating referrals, participating on school support teams, serving on interagency panels, and promoting access to mental health and social services.   Position Requirements MSW with Pennsylvania Home and School Visitor certification, strong communication skills, and the ability to serve as a liaison between schools, families, and community resources.   This position is currently accepting applications.
