Responsibilities and Duties
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support distribution center operations
  • Process, file, and maintain shipping, receiving, inventory, and operational documents
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries
  • Enter data accurately into internal systems and spreadsheets
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Coordinate paperwork with warehouse, shipping, and receiving teams
  • Maintain organized office and mailroom areas and supplies
  • Assist with reports, audits, and record retention as needed
  • Support supervisors and management with administrative tasks and special projects
