These factors include (but are not limited to) the position, associated responsibilities, work experience, education, related training, and related skills.   Position Location: USCG Headquarters, Washington, DC (Telework Available) Telework/Work-from-Home Authorized: Yes – When Authorized/Hybrid may be allowed up to 4 days a week to work from an alternative site with pre-approval by the COR About the Role: Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To: Perform other duties, as assigned. Experience Requirements: Minimum of fifteen (15) years’ experience supporting USCG C4ISR systems for ACAT 1 programs that includes: Command and Control systems based on COE; vessel integrated sensor systems (e.g. radar, AIS, direction finders, electro-optical/infra-red, Identification Friend or Foe (IFF), Electronic Surveillance Measures (ESM), HF, VHF, UHF, MILSATCOM, COMSATCOM, and network communications, communications integration systems, Electro-Magnetic Interference analysis and mitigation techniques, Ship-board Intelligence systems, Ship System Exploitation Space (SSES) or Secure Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) systems. Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in the acquisitions, design and integration of USCG shipboard intelligence systems and other C4ISR systems, including one-year (1) experience with the new Polar Ice Breaker program. Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience with DHS/ USCG policies and procedures, which include Major System Acquisition Manual (MSAM), Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC), Engineering Change (EC), and Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTO). Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university. Other Required Skills & Abilities: Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
