The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive food service management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the highest standards of food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in casual dining, fine dining, or hotel food service is highly valued.   Position Requirements Duties include, but are not limited, to the following Assist the General Manager in overseeing all restaurant or hospitality operations, including food preparation, kitchen management, and customer service. Supervise and train staff to ensure efficient shift management and excellent guest experiences. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining proper stock levels using POS systems such as TOAST POS, Aloha POS or Micros POS. Handle cash transactions accurately and oversee cash handling procedures. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Support food production processes, including catering, banquet events, bar service, and dining room operations when applicable. Assist with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to optimize operational efficiency. Participate in interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff training & development initiatives. Lead by example in delivering superior customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
