The Community Outreach Coordinator leads the SNAP Navigator program and community engagement efforts across Mercer County, helping residents access SNAP and related services while building strong partnerships with local organizations. This role includes representing the organization at community events and supporting regional initiatives such as the Pathways to Recovery program to promote workforce reentry and recovery services. Responsibilities include managing SNAP applications, coordinating and participating in outreach activities, promoting workforce development programs, connecting clients to community resources, coordinating Pathways to Recovery programming, maintaining accurate records, tracking outcomes, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements.   Position Requirements BSW and have at least three years of experience in community outreach, social services, or a related field. Strong knowledge of SNAP and public assistance programs, experience working with diverse populations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently are required.
