Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional individual to support the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly by performing a variety of clerical, administrative, and customer service tasks. Prior legal experience is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee clerical tasks, including sorting and sending mail and other communications in a timely and professional manner
  • Respond to requests and resolve office-related malfunctions efficiently
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and reorder as necessary
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital files
  • Greet and assist visitors upon arrival at the office
  • Ensure smooth and effective daily office operations
  • Provide general administrative support, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence
 
Position Requirements

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, ideally in an administrative or clerical role
  • Prior legal experience is a plus but not mandatory
