This role includes assessing strengths and therapeutic needs, developing and updating Individual Resiliency Plans, supporting crisis stabilization, and helping families address ongoing challenges. The therapist documents client progress, collaborates with the treatment team, maintains clinical records in accordance with company, MCO, and DPW standards, and participates in all required trainings.   Position Requirements PA LCSW and have at least one year of full-time experience providing direct mental health services to children, youth, or young adults.   This position is currently accepting applications.
