Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Provide baggage handling and storage service for all individual and group guests Park and retrieve customers vehicles Perform a walk around of the guest vehicle and note damage on ticket prior to issuing guest their ticket Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members Performs other duties as assigned   Position Requirements Qualifications Prior hotel valet/bellman experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent Must be at least 21 years of age Ability to drive all types of vehicles including standards and golf carts The primary language spoken is English; ability to read, write, understand and speak English. Strong interpersonal skills Ability to provide proof of clean driving record Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company Verify right to work in the United States Work Cards Alcohol Awareness Valid Driver’s License Five (5) year DMV record Physical Requirements Frequently stand/run for a full 8 hour shift Ability to carry, lift, push and/or pull up to 50lbs Ability to run short distances Capable of working in all types of environments i.e. cold, hot, smoky, indoors, outdoors, etc. Potential Work Environment Conditions The work environment is characterized as a casino setting requiring multi-tasking, where standard equipment will be supplied and used as a part of the job. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud requiring service to guests who may be smoking and/or drinking alcohol. The work environment is outdoors and indoors with a smoking environment in the building. Work schedule varies including weekends, holidays and special events.
