Share Email Opening Title C&Gs Supervisor  Description The C&G Grille Restaurant Supervisor serves as a personal ambassador for Island View Casino and the outlet. The Restaurant Supervisor leads and supports the front-of-house restaurant staff in providing guests with the delivery of a truly unique environment and dining experience, oversees the daily operation of the outlet to ensure all quality and safety standards and procedures are being met, monitors and adjusts staffing based on business needs, maintains work schedules and timekeeping records for assigned staff, directs, trains, and monitors the performance of staff to maintain effective employee relationships, as well as ensures that the assigned team adheres to company policies and safety practices. Provides guidance, issue resolution support, feedback, and coaching when necessary.    Position Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent and five years experience as a supervisor required. Must have serv safe certification and care class certified.
