Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our supportive, therapist-led team in a skilled nursing facility setting. Requirements
An active Illinois Occupational Therapist license is required. SNF experience is preferred but not required. Familiarity with Net Health is a plus, with training provided. New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
